I’m on the fence about Jamal Crawford. Not because of his shooting or play, mainly because if he asked my girlfriend to leave me she would. His stats are lower than seasons past, so what. When he is hot the Blazers have a bench option that just won’t quit. Unfortunately, sometimes he doesn’t quit shooting the ball. Crawford the facilitator he is not. I saw some attempts in the most recent Hornets games where he attempted to run the point, unfortunately he turned over the ball, but luckily the Hornets didn’t do much with the TOs. It’s still experimental and I don’t have much to say except McMillan should probably keep tinkering with the line up till he gets it how he wants it.
TL:DR
Is Jamal Crawford the alien deus ex machina for Portland’s bench offense, or is he a basketball singularity imploding the second unit?
Jamal Crawford is finding his fit, Trust Nate McMillan (He knows what he’s doing)
